Every two years, the Central America Leadership Initiative (CALI) organizes a regional event that brings together its over 370 Fellows, founders, board members, sponsors, and other friends of the CALI community. The event's location rotates, and its purpose is to reflect, rejuvenate, and renew the commitment to addressing the growing challenges in Central America with more effective and current solutions.

To experience the full program, we recommend arriving in San Pedro Sula on Wednesday, February 19 before noon to settle in before programming officially begins and stay through Saturday, February 22 to experience our closing celebration Friday night. The weekend is intentionally left open for community organized class meet-ups and final farewells.
