Registration for the 2025 CALI Regional opens at noon CST on August 12, 2024, and closes at midnight CST on December 15, 2024, or until spaces fill up.

Early Bird registration for Fellows and their life partners ends on October 30, 2024, at midnight CST. After that, their registration fee will increase from USD 400 to USD 450.

  • Shuttle service on buses between event-recommended hotels and the Copantl Convention Center at the specified times in the agenda

  • Welcome Dinner: Wednesday, February 19.

  • Lunches and coffee breaks: Thursday, February 20 and Friday, February 21

  • Cocktail Dinner: Thursday, February 20

  • Closing Cocktail, Dinner, and Celebration: Friday, February 21

Please note that scholarship support is limited and will be provided only to Fellows demonstrating financial need. Eligible Fellows may request assistance with the following expenses:

  • Lodging in San Pedro Sula, Honduras for the duration of the event
  • Round-Trip economy airfare to San Pedro Sula
  • Registration fee waiver
